You can make money online in Kenya by building simple content rich websites called Virtual real estate. This is a term coined by John Reese out of thin air and is now a buzz word used everywhere on the internet with somewhat subtle variations such as Google adsense sites, content sites etc.

The concept is to build content rich sites and monetize them with Google adsense. And once they click the link to resources and solutions they already need and are looking for? You get paid.

Does it get any better?

Even much better, the income is totally passive because once you build the website and optimize them for the search engines, you can then move on to the next one and still keep earning money for the work you did an year, two years five years etc ago.

Some sites can make you a monthly income of $200+ with zero efforts on your part. What if you had 50 such websites? 100? Can you see the potential?
